When will the markets remain closed?

During the following dates, no trading will take place on the U.S. capital markets:

Early Close Days

In addition to full holidays, there are two instances in 2026 where the stock market will operate on a reduced schedule. Specifically, the market will close at 1:00 PM (Eastern Time) on the following days:

  • Friday, November 27, 2026:
    The day after Thanksgiving
    (commonly known as Black Friday).

  • Thursday, December 24, 2026: Christmas Eve.
